Twisted Tournament: Cincinnati

FORMAT:

Twisted Church runs a round robin format with each division getting a guaranteed finals match to be held on our exclusive “Showcase Mat” which is a 20’ by 30’ mat in the center of the tournament. The showcase matches will have both competitors and their academies introduced prior to coming onto the mat over the public announce system giving a unique and one of a kind experience.

The round robin bracket guarantees a minimum of 3 matches for all divisions with 4 or more competitors ensuring the maximum amount of mat experience for all competitors.

REGISTRATION:

This event is pre-registration only, registration will close Wednesday, August 17th at 11:59pm.  There will be no registrations allowed after this deadline and all division change requests will be handled on a case by case basis with no guarantees for adjustment.

Spectator Tickets:

Adults & Children 10+ : $15

Children 9 & under: FREE!

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belts: FREE!

DIVISIONS:

Divisions with low athlete counts after the registration deadline will be combined with similar divisions to create the best competition experience for all athletes involved.

BRACKETS:

Brackets will be released 24 hours prior to the event and we ask that you make sure to be present in the venue at least 90 minutes prior your scheduled match time.

WEIGH-INS:

1) Athletes must check-in and weigh-in 90 minutes prior to your division start time

2) Athletes will be given a 1lbs allowance to account for scale variance. Athletes not making weight will be given a set amount of time to make weight.

3) All Athletes will weigh-in without their Gi and will only weigh-in once per competition for all divisions.
